The Sinister Side of DEI. Why DEI must die

August 4, 2022July 29, 2024 mike.birmingham.nz@gmail.com
DEI is just a metaphor that means less white people

Summary

In this post, I am going to attempt to convince you that all the things you love about the ideas from the left like Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality (or Equity) have a dark and sinister side that diametrically opposes their central moral and virtuous narrative of uplifting (cherry picked) minority groups and the oppressed.

The ideas behind DIE are good for many use cases but they also have a dark and perverse side that is wicked and immoral for many other use cases which I will attempt to enumerate below.

My central thesis is this; when you grant a right or privilege to one person then you are more often than not taking it away from someone else; that poor mofo! It seems bizarre that there is no public discourse on this incredibly important talking point!

Of course, we know the real reason is that no one wants to be accused of being a bigot or a racist (including me but I’m still going in lol).

  • It seems absurd that there are untold use cases where blatant racism, bigotry, bias, and discrimination apply directly because of DIE.
  • DIE violates principals of ethics and morality because it is a doctrine that discriminates against majority groups without any objective moral compass and should be illegal.
  • Where TF is the Human Rights Commision on this issue. Are they just Fake Samaritans, or Toothless Tigers?

Just take a moment and think about how disgusting this accepted pop culture term is: “pale, stale, male”.

Of course, it’s always served with a caring loving smiley face all in the name of the greater good.

It’s time for DIE to die!
The story is not told.

Disclaimer:

This is a topic that might invoke strong feelings especially if you feel a long history of injustice or trauma. Of course, it’s easy for me to point out all the logic fallacies and hypocrisies, but harder to fix.

  • When you grant someone a right has any other person missed out? Why have they missed out, and is it justified? Is it prejudicial, racist, bigoted, biased, or discriminatory, and does it support apartheid for ANY group including the majority

There are many subjective definitions of these terms based on the current pop culture zeitgeist, but I’ve copied these directly from the dictionary to keep myself, you, and Karen honest.

Diversity the practice or quality of including or involving people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds and of different genders, sexual orientations, etc.

Inclusivity the practice or policy of providing equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized.

Equality: the state of being equal, especially in status, rights, or opportunities.

Equity:

prejudice, bias, discrimination, racism, apartheid

Ethics are moral principles that govern a person’s behavior or the conducting of an activity.

Morality principles concerning the distinction between right and wrong or good and bad behavior.

DIEE seems like a good idea!?

Anyone can use simple intuition to realise that times in the past were cruel. filled with injustice and immorality.

The Myth

Of course, at first glance, it seems like an amazing idea! Include those that have been excluded, and atone for the injustices of the past! Why TF wouldn’t, anyone, want to do that!?

The Truth

The idea of DIEE was justified and excellent before the year 2000. Maybe from the Silent Gen to the Millenials. Especially with so many Version 1 immigrants

Two wrongs don’t make a right

It is immoral to offer to pay for the sins that someone else has committed, or to expect someone that didn’t commit the sin to pay

A huge percentage of minority groups are alive today ONLY because of the civilizations created by the majority e.g. Longer lives, Medicines, Improved Healthcare

It takes considerable knowledge just to realize the extent of your own ignorance.

Discrimination against the Majority!

The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights, cannot claim to be defenders of minorities. Ayn Rand

Majority vs Minority and the assumption of privilege

This just might be the cruelest of all the woke culture memes it’s an absolutely absurd idea that violates principals of kindness. Just because a person has a certain ethnicity or gender it is automatically assumed that they are privileged without a single thought given to anything about their past, or their current struggles

The Myth

  • Majority groups have more advantages than minority groups

The Truth

  • I think this is the most obvious and overt example of blatant bigotry, prejudice, and bias. How immoral and also illegal to pre-judge an individual because they belong to a majority group of some kind. You know nothing of that individual’s past trials and tribulations. Instead, you feel ordained enough to impose your illegal and immoral judgment and decide that they should be excluded from jobs, or opportunities in favor of someone that belongs to a minority
  • Guess what bearch, every single individual belongs to a majority or minority group of some kind. However current zeitgeist woke culture is mostly focused on skin colour. Consider some examples:
    • Gender
    • Religion
    • Income
    • Race

The industrialisation of (Cherry-picked) Minority Groups

When people get used to preferential treatment, equal treatment seems like discrimination.

Minority groups have been turned into an industry that will not disappear anytime soon. That’s fine if they can sustain themselves but when it is paid for by the taxpayer then there should be clear evidence of what good is being returned for the investment.

Billions of Taxpayer money is being used to fund useless initiatives that often just benefit a subset of a minority group. Money that should go towards improving the lives off ALL individuals

Why Cherry Picked

  • Where are the Asians and Indians?

We live in the best time of humanities existence!

There are only two ways of telling the complete truth–anonymously and posthumously.

The Myth

  • Paleolith, Mesolithic, and Neolithic lifestyles are far far more idyllic, just, and less stressful. It’s far better to have kept those old ways

The Truth

  • Whuc living back in those ‘idyllic times’.
    1. No Internet
    2. No medicine
    3. No healthcare
    4. No toilets
    5. No Playstation.
    6. There was no PrawnHub
    7. There was rampant infant mortality
    8. Imagine a warring tribe killing your family and taking your land
  • 7.5 Billion people are alive today thanks to Modernity
  • We live in the best time of humanities existence
  • But today we live in the year 202x. There is no better time in the history of humankind to live!

It’s The Best Time In History To Be Alive and Here’s Why – YouTube
Is the world getting better or worse? A look at the numbers | Steven Pinker – YouTube

“When you want to help people, you tell them the truth. When you want to help yourself, you tell them what they want to hear.”

Why it is an immoral and unethical doctrine

Overt prejudice, bigotry, and racism, (bias and discrimination and apartheid)

Let’s do a quick thought experiment and just so yo ass won’t get offended we will use colours of the rainbow instead of skin to illustrate my point. I’ll use the mnemonic ROYGBIV to choose my colours in order (that’s right bearch I’m claiming back the rainbow and IDGAF if you get triggered!!!)

  1. Imagine a workplace where two people are going for a job, a red person and an orange person. the red person has completed 10,000 hours (1 decade) in that specific field and the orange person has completed 500 hours. Simple logic should tell you that in most cases you would hire the red person but unfortunately, if you apply the DIE doctrine then the orange person gets the job!
  2. Nothing is known about the struggles of the red person instead it is just assumed they are privileged, and can go somewhere else
  3. What single thing did that individual red person ever do to victimize you!?

The love of Judgement

  • This is a central tenant of DIE, how good and righteous they feel imposing their morals and virtues upon others while at the same time completely blind to their own bias, bigotry, and prejudice

My Values and Virtues are superior to yours

  • Another absurd notion! Damn you bitches are so lucky that I alone understand more than you do and therefore will correct all the past injustices of humanity by doing something that is also unjust

Fake Diversity / Colour Diversity

  • Diversity is allowed but only when it comes to skin colour or gender!
  • Absolutely no diversity is allowed when it comes to political agendas
  • Diversity in thoughts and ideas that don’t comply with the woke worldview are demonized

The lie of equality

“Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good.”

  1. If you work, should your paycheck be the same as the lazy mofo who barely did their job? Should everyone get a promotion at the same time?
  2. How about business, should we give a new firm the same access and price point for sales and purchases as the one who is established and efficient?

Reverse Racism

  • Hate the player not the game!

Backfire Effect

  • It will be schadenfreude (interesting and amusing) to observe those present-day recipients of supposed equity eventually lose out to those who are not yet born, for precisely the same reasons they today receive some kind of advantage.

Unethical Use Cases for DIE

Wisdom has been chasing you but you have always been faster!

The Lie of DIE

Nowhere in nature do we see equality.

Do you see it at

  • Home? Hey Dad I think I’ll be controlling the finances
  • Work? Hey boss I think I’ll be making all the decisions today
  • Sports? Hey All Blacks, I represent the old fatties. See you on Saturday
  • Arts? Whuc that Picasso painting look at my finger painting surely it’s just as good you racist mofo!

The Myth

  • Equality will help everyone and make the world a better place

If you support equality then why

  • Feminism: 4th wave feminism no longer demands equality, it demands superiority
  • Why is there legislation that advantage minority groups
  • Why is there entire government departments for so called minority groups

Equality of outcome vs equality of opportunity

Surely it must be because of sexism, racism, prejudice, or bigotry!

Use Case: Hours of productivity: 2000 vs 80

How is it fair that you work for 2000 hours (1 year) and I work for 80 hours yet now we are both entitled to same pay and benefits?

Use Case: Hours of study: 8000 vs 0

  • How is it fair that you spend 8000 hours (4 years) of study to eventually become a skilled high-income earner you are also now vilified, judged, or targeted for your success
  • I study zero hours and become an unskilled worker I begin to vilify, judge, and target you for the injustice and inequality
  • Why should a person who has not dedicated themselves to developing a skill feel entitled to the labours of someone who has has toiled for 8000 hours to develop a skill?

Use Case: Career Hours – 20 years vs 10 years

  • If you work 20,000 hours (20 years) and become financially successful then why should I who have only worked 10,000 hours feel not only outraged at our pay difference but entitled to your earnings

Use Case: DIE in Age

  • One person is 25 and the other is 45 but because of DIE they are now both treated as equals intellectually, financially and emotionally
  • Hey 50yo boss I’ve just started shaving but I’ll be taking over
  • Hey 40yo Dad I’m making all the decisions now that I can read

Use Case: DIE on the sports field

  • Hey let’s mix genders together when we play rugby, or any other physical contact sport
  • If your team is stronger then I want my team to have a points handicap!
  • At the very least both teams should win and all team members receive a medal
  • Hey All Blacks, I’m no athlete but it seems fair that you have a token old fatty in the team I’ll see you at training on Tuesday night

Use Case: DIE in the Beauty Industry

  • I’m not tall and attractive, but it seems fair that the beauty industry has have someone ugly.

I wear Calvin Klein 4XL see you on Monday

Use Case: DIE @ Home

  • Hey Mum and Dad. I’ve decided I want to be equal with you
  • From now I on I decide what we eat, where we live, and how we spend our family money
  • Pocket money will be allocated equally to all regardless of age or work done! The 5yo will recieve the same as the 15yo

Use Case: DIE when grading in the classroom

  • You studied for an exam for 8 hours and got an A
  • I studied for 2 hours and got a D.

It seems so unfair! It must be because of my skin color! At the very least everyone should get a mean average of a B…you racist mofo’s!

Housing

  • You have worked 40,000 hours and have a house
  • I have worked 10,000 hours and have no house

Surely it must be because of sexism, racism, prejudice, or bigotry!

Equality of Opportunity vs Equality of Outcome

If you can’t join them beat them

Equality of Opportunity

  • Excellent idea!
  • Everyone should have the same opportunity and a nation should strive to grant that to all citizens

The paradox of entitlement

The word ‘racism’ is like ketchup. It can be put on practically anything – and demanding evidence makes you a ‘racist.’

Indifference and Apathy is OK

“Racism does not have a good track record. It’s been tried out for a long time and you’d think by now we’d want to put an end to it instead of putting it under new management.”

  •  IA is OK.
  • You do you bearch.

Stolen Rainbow

Whuc you for stealing the rainbow. I’m taking it back and also punching you in the face for taking it bearch!

The Myth

If you don’t support or advocate any way for a minority group then you a racist, bigot, biased, <insert any other trigger term>

The Truth

  • Just because I don’t care about you or support you doesn’t mean
    • I’m racist.
    • I’m bigoted.
    • I’m biased.
    • I’m sexist
    • I hate you, your thoughts, your ideas.
  • I literally just DGAFF about your worldview
  • I don’t want to hear about your worldview either!
  • I don’t hate Jahovehs Witnessess

The Past belongs in the past

Let sleeping dogs lie”.
“The past is unpredictable.

The history of the world is one of conquest, corruption, injustice, and untold horrors. Every human has experienced cruelty and injustice. .

There are plenty of good reasons to try and equalise those inequalities in the present

Gender, ethnicity, religion

2. Imagine there is a workplace where only red people work. It openly rejects orange and yellow people from working there.

  • When: Every single generation anywhere in history, any place in history
  • Why: Red people created the environment and want to protect it because it is good
  • How: Excluding anyone that is not red
  • Impact: Clearly defined easy to get triggered rejected by at least 3 generations

And there was a time that those injustices should have been corrected however today we live in the best time in the history of humanity

Some bearch gotta pay!

There is usually only a limited amount of damage that can be done by dull or stupid people. For creating a truly monumental disaster, you need people with high IQs.

People who think that they are being “exploited” should ask themselves whether they would be missed if they left, or whether people would say: “Good riddance”?
We seem to be moving steadily in the direction of a society where no one is responsible for what he himself did, but we are all responsible for what somebody else did, either in the present or in the past.

3rd party attonement

“Wait Bearch I still need someone to pay for the sins of the past”

Imagine if a Father sinned. Would it be ethical and moral to make the child pay for that sin? …hmm possibly you might argue.

  1. What about the grandchild? Maybe they should pay? er maybe but probably not you will say
  2. How about the great-grandchild? hmm if all generations are still alive you still might argue yes
  3. how about the great great grandchild? you might start to think no way!
  4. How about the great great great grandchild?

Of course you should eventually come to realise that it is an absurd notion!

“I still need a Mofo to pay for the Injustice!”

  • The Mum or Dad’s side?
  • The ones that benefited from the injustice?
  • How far back?
  • What if the injustice was applied on one side of the family but benefit was made on the other side benefited?
  • What the aggrieved person benefits far more that the original injustice
  • But wait! Surely at some point I will be related to the perpetrator of the original injustice…*slaps forehead

Neo Feminism

“One of the consequences of such notions as ‘entitlements’ is that people who have contributed nothing to society feel that society owes them something, apparently just for being nice enough to grace us with their presence.”

Disclaimer: This section opposes the ideology of neo-feminism. Like everything, I believe most people are good including most females. but the toxic media culture which amplifies minority voices requires opposition and here is mine…

There are 4 current waves of feminism LINK TO WIKIPEDIA

The history of the modern western feminist movement is divided into four “waves”.[33][34][35]

  1. The first comprised women’s suffrage movements of the 19th and early-20th centuries, promoting women’s right to vote.
  2. The second wave, the women’s liberation movement, began in the 1960s and campaigned for legal and social equality for women. In or around 1992,
  3. a third wave was identified, characterized by a focus on individuality and diversity.[36]
  4. Additionally, some have argued for the existence of a fourth wave,[37] starting around 2012, which has used social media to combat sexual harassment, violence against women and rape culture; it is best known for the Me Too movement.[38]

The pop culture lie of the left

  • Women (in the west) are oppressed in the year 202x
  • An oppressive male patriarchy dominates the world

The truth

  • There is an innate beauty in their value and existence they should be incredibly proud of without any explanation
  • Women manage the home and should be proud of it, and I’m grateful for it! They decide:
    • Where the family lives
    • What they eat
    • Where they holiday
    • What schools the kids go to
    • What I should wear, when and how I should groom myself (otherwise the world would be filled with smelly men in floral shirts)
  • 4th wave feminism doesn’t want equality it wants dominance and superiority
  • 4th wave Feminism is cruel. A whole generation of good boys/men have been gaslighted into thinking that they are toxic
  • 98.6% of men are good yet neo-feminism does all it can to try and diminish them

Hypocrisy

  • Titanic: If the Titanic were sinking today half then forget about women and children first! Everyone for themselves
  • Ukraine: At present no fighting age man is allowed to leave, but feminism says half the men should leave and be replaced by the women that are leaving…hey ladies it’s time to join the Infantry…hey men get your fa into the kitchen

Gender Pay Gap

Same pay for same work

The pop culture lie of the left

  • Women earn less money than their male counterparts (if industries are dominated by males, then they will accept any females regardless of capabilities)

The truth

  • Women spend more time away from work than men
  • Women are more likely to gain employment in many fields over their male counterparts
  • Women select lower-paying fields of work
  • Men work in higher paying riskier or dangerous jobs
  • Men work far longer hours to become successful

Someone from the Present Apologising for a past injustice they had nothing to do with

How about if a serial killer slaughters your family while they sleep. Is it moral and ethical for someone else to forgive the killer while ignoring your feelings on the subject? Of course that is another absurd notion

Generational Waves

Each Gen that emerges is typically bigger, stronger, and smarter.

What’s a Generation?

  • I think a generation should be thought of in blocks of 20 years. That way in 100 years you get 5 generations. 200 years you get 10. 300 years you get 15

Overlapping Generational Ideas

  • Good and bad ideas and memes overlap and I think that is one reason DIE exists today

Leading Across the Generations - Salem University blog

Industrialised Victimhood

Sometimes it’s easy to be either a bully or a victim

Empathetic Victimhood

  • Nothing happened to these mofos directly yet they like to carry the cross in and pretend they are great martyrs in the present
  • Demagougs love this

Systemic spending by the Government

  • How do you feel about your tax money being spent on minority groups disproportionately trying to correct injustices that only create more injustice for the majority (e.g. we spent 10m on this thing so can’t spend it on that thing…and btw most of it goes into beurocracy or is given to privileged elite minority)?
  • For every $10 only $1 ends up directly helping. Most of it goes to the Elite Minority or is wasted on Beaurocracy

Cherry-picked Minority groups

Woes unite foes

Cherry-picked Minority groups are minority groups that selected from a society for special treatment. Other minority groups are completely ignored regardless of their needs

Not every minority group has fake hero’s advocating for them

Only minority groups that enable a specific agenda based on intensified emotive reactions

Privileged Minority Groups

woes unite foes

Why is so much human attention put onto what are such small minorities?

Majority group haters

Why do people hate the majority?

There’s always an elite ruling class

There's no equality even at your home.
  • Anywhere in history
  • Anytime in history
  • Anyplace in History

A piece of land is owned by a group of 20,000 people. Nonsense! the land is not owned by each of the 20,000 it is owned by the ruling class who decide exactly what happens to it

Next time you feed your leftover fish n chips to seagulls at the beach you can observe a ruling class elite mofo seagull squawking and intimidating every other seagull. It feels good and right to judge him for his wicked ways and not feed him but then are’nt you just becoming him by doing that?

Fake Heros / Disney Hero’s

Pretend to themselves…

  • they have virtues and morals that are superior to anyone else
  • only they can see the real truth. others are blind to it
  • they are saving the world and making it a better place
  • they are serving the greater good
  • they are protecting the weak

They are oblivious to…

  • their blind spots and biases
  • there racism, prejudice, and bigotry

History is a story of conquest and oppression

If I am the first person to discover a piece of land the size of Australia does that mean I own all of Australia now? And all my scion?

South Africa and BEE

Black Economic Empowerment

Wow if ever a good use case of how far the pendulum can swing to the extreme then this is it.

other interesting words words words

Neo Rennaisance

…

We live in a new age where blah blah

WTF bearch…The woke culture ideology has benefited me as a minority

…

  • I’d say you’d have to be whucen stoopid not to take advantage of something that’s handed to you on a plate
  • Good for you and power to you
  • The only thing I’d urge you to do is all the negative points blah blah

How to fix it?

If you want to change the world start with yourself;

It’s easy to understand the reasons for DIEE and I would be lying to myself if I haven’t applied them already many times in my life however in the year 202x the pendulum has swung too far and needs to find its way back to the center. A person should be judged by their character, not by skin colour, gender, or any other cherry-picked dimension that suits your current fake virtuous narrative.

Most importantly Laws have been created in every western nation to purposely eliminate bigotry, sexism, discrimination, apartheid, etc. But these laws are toothless tigers when an individual belongs to the majority group.

It seems to me that one way to eliminate it is to define it first. That has been the purpose of this blog post.

Judge a person by their character and not their identity group

Ask yourself what right or privilege does it take away from someone else

stop racialising everything

“Evil lies in the hearts of those that see evil everywhere they look”

There needs to be a way for you to acknowledge and be grateful for your colonialist heritage but maybe also to also acknowledge and indignant about inherited traumas

Stop meaningless and hypocrytacal virtue signaling

Stop looking at people as belonging to groups

You shouldn’t necessarily look at an individual and see just that one person. You should see a family, and an extended family, and a family that reaches back into different points in spacetime. You should see a connectedness with them as well as all things

Easy don’t whucen do it!

Recognising that you have more in common with others than you do differences

People want to be seen as more than just the colour of their skin

Recognise your Hypocracy and Blindspots

Start hiring majority group individuals.

How cruel and immoral that they are excluded when up against a privileged minority person

Stop acting like Karen

Recognise what true love is

  • Love is the recognition of objective truth
  • Love is inclusive and not divisive
  • Love does not discriminate
  • Love does not recognize apartheid, bias, prejudice

…other words and more words…

Be Whucen Grateful

Acknowledge and be grateful for your colonialist roots

Acknowledge and be grateful for quality of life thanks to modern day technology

Acknowledge and be grateful you don’t live in the Paleolithic, Mesolithic, or Neolithic age

Acknowledge and be grateful for your life and your longevity

Criticism

There has been no criticism received to date of this amazing idea! Even Karen loves it!

…Lies! …Karen got full triggered when she read this!!
